What we do

We Screen Print.

All of our jobs are hand-printed on an 8-color manual press. When it comes to printing, we have plenty of experience. It doesn't matter how large or small the order is, we take care of it in-house personally.

Printed placements on garments range from full fronts to sleeve prints, hems, and pockets.

The majority of jobs are printed with soft hand plastisol. We recommend this method for most of our customers because it provides the best all-round finish. We use plastisol inks which allow us to print vibrant, and washable garments. It is possible to maintain a plastisol print for years with the right care and washing.

Artwork and Print Parameters.

In order to create mockups and quote documents, high-resolution JPEGs are ideal. For print-ready artwork, the resolution must be at least 300dpi (resolution) and the canvas size should be at least A3 (13"x19"), in either Vector, JPEG, or PSD format.

It is possible to work off lower-resolution files, but please keep in mind that the final product will reflect this.

You can send a mock-up along with your artwork for us to match the desired placement, and if you have specific dimensions and print placement, please list these on the order form you will receive.

The maximum print area is approximately 13 inches by 13 inches, but it will not fit on most small t-shirts. If you plan to order anything smaller than a men's medium t-shirt, we recommend printing no wider than 9in. Sleeve prints have a maximum width of 4 inches. If you are ordering a variety of garment sizes, including children's, we may need to scale the artwork. Because seems/hems/zips, etc. are not flat surfaces, we do not recommend printing over them.

Would you be able to print this artwork?

Though we are very open-minded, we reserve the right to refuse an order if we find it to be of a questionable nature. No artwork promoting hate, racism, sexism, or any other offensive topic will be printed.
